Misal Pav - A chaat (can be served as snack or dinner) that has 2 parts. The Usal which is stir fried sprouts. The Rasaa which is the tomato-onion based spicy gravy. Served with some fried gram flour noodles, onions and coriander leaves. Dinner rolls (known as pav breads) are used to mop up all this goodness.
