Strawberry & Peach Bellinis Ingredients: For purée: 1 pound peaches/strawberries, thawed if frozen cup simple syrup cup water For the bellinis: 4 bottles of Proessco, Champagne or other sparkling wine Fresh strawberries and peaches, for garnish
These jello shooters are easy to make! I used small limes and cut them in half, then scooped out the inside and filled it with jello mix and coconut rum. Place in the fridge and once the jello starts to harden, then place some mini chocolate chips on top. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. Shoot!
