"Happiness comes only through effort" Setsuko Hara and Chishû Ryû in Late Spring (Banshun) by Yasujirô Ozu. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kswwLFUcEpA=related

Anguish (1987, Spain), directed by Bigas Luna. A film-within-a-film thriller about two teen girls among a small group of people whom are terrorized in a movie theater by a killer while watching a horror film about a murderous optometrist who stalks his victims in a movie theater in the film.

In Ozu's Late Spring, actors Setsuko Hara and Chishu Ryu are exquisit as daughter and father. One of the most moving films I've seen.
