Beautiful halibut fillets served over a spicy, simple Puttanesca sauce. This was a hit...lots of flavor. I used sole instead of halibut just because of the price...holy cow, fish has gotten reeedonkulus $$$...Anyway, I served it over brown rice and topped it all with the sauce...wonderful.
