Natural DIY skin soothing oat and yogurt mask. 2 tablespoons of oats/oatmeal (she recommends not using instant oatmeal) and 2 tablespoons of yogurt. Mix and chill in the fridge for a few hours then apply and leave for 30 minutes. Rise with lukewarm water.
