PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE 400 calories Ingredients: 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder 3 Tbsp walnuts 1/2 cup low - fat cottage cheese 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal 2/3 cup canned pumpkin 1.5 cups water 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp cloves 1 tsp all spice 3 ice cubes Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake add less water or more ice cubes.
