21 DAY FIX - BANANA BREAD Ingredients: 1 Overripe Banana 2 Egg Whites 1 tsp Melted Coconut Oil 2 Tbsp Coconut Flour 1/4 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder 1/4 tsp Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Baking Powder Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees while mixing all ingredients in medium size bowl.  Spray muffin tray with Pam and place mixture in tray.  Bake for approximately 2o minutes or until golden brown.
