Concert for sounds and food is a performance about relationship between sounds, cuisine and the five senses. The audience sits down at the table and has a 4 course dinner cooked by Adele Madau. Each dish has its own music created and played live by Adele Madau with amplified kitchen objects, electric violin, vocals, texts, sounds effects, samplers. When courses are introduced and served, the music starts and diners have to eat in silence, paying attention to food’s taste, smells.

I specialize in Mediterranean haute cuisine, my experience working in Michelin star restaurants in several European countries has given me a broad vision of gastronomy. My culinary concept is creative, provocative, intelligent and cool, always accompanied by an impeccable production, an honest treatment of excellent raw material and refined a unique technique.

Vermouth and tapa is a typical way to start the weekend in Barcelona. The oldest and original winery wait for you in Gracia. Good food, and the best neighborhood in the city are the base to enjoy a good walk from typical shops and historic squares always accompanied with a glass of original best vermouth

I’m offering a unique experience in which, in very little time, you can prepare 5 different tapas, from the more classic to the more vanguard recipes. We will cook in the workshop that I have installed in my house and together we will prepare the dishes. After class, we will have the opportunity to enjoy the tapas together with my husband René who will present various Spanish wines to accompany the menu. It’s a personal and exclusive experience. This is a unique emotional experience and entering into a house for 3 hours to eat dinner, talk and learn a little more of our local culture. Comedorclandestino began as an underground dining experience in our apartment in Barcelona.

You can choose between two options: meet us at the center of the city and we show you the old city or meet us in Plaza Espanya and we show you its surroundings. Then we have two more choices: we go home and prepare our favorite dinner of pa amb tomàquet (tomato bread) or go to a restaurant that we know cooks great food.

This experience is based in two of my favourite places for Tapas in Barcelona. The first one that we will visit is Can Paixano, also known as The Champagneria, a symbolic place for its cheap sandwiches and for its drink, a rosé cava. You need to order some food in order to have a glass of rosé and the bottle is only offered if ordering two or more sandwiches or tapas.
