Concert for sounds and food is a performance about relationship between sounds, cuisine and the five senses. The audience sits down at the table and has a 4 course dinner cooked by Adele Madau. Each dish has its own music created and played live by Adele Madau with amplified kitchen objects, electric violin, vocals, texts, sounds effects, samplers. When courses are introduced and served, the music starts and diners have to eat in silence, paying attention to foods taste, smells.
