Crispy Orange Cauliflower.  I didn't have the gluten free mix referenced in the recipe, so I just used regular flour.  Also, I forgot to get OJ and so used fresh lemon juice.  It was still good, but I highly recommend the OJ :-)  This would be DELICIOUS with chicken, and even was really good with the cauliflower.  The batter is pretty amazing in texture.  I'll make this again for sure!

Honey-ginger tofu:  350 g tofu,  2 T soy sauce,  1 T honey,  2 tsp grated ginger,  1 tsp oil. Marinate tofu in soy, honey, ginger and oil 15 min. Cook until golden, 2 to 3 min per side, over medium heat in skillet. Drizzle with reserved marinade.
