2 tsp salt 2 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp thyme 1 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 roasting chicken 1 chopped onion No liquid needed \u2013 the chicken creates its own juices In a bowl add all the spices together Mix. Place Chopped Onions in the bottom of the crock pot. Rub spice mixture onto the chicken. Cook on high for 4 -5 hours
4 pounds of some type of roast meat (rump roast, chuck roast, etc!) 1 can (10.5 oz) beef broth 1 can (10.5 oz) french onion soup 1 bottle or can (12 oz) beer (or equal amount of water or broth) french rolls or other crusty rolls sliced cheese (we love Swiss or Provolone with these!)
4 chicken breast at the bottom of crock pot. Pour stove top over chicken. Mix 1/2 C. sour cream and 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/4 Cup water the pour over chicken and stuffing. Cook low 4 hours. Fluff and serve. Easy!
