Asian Shredded Beef in the Slow Cooker: 4lb boneless beef, 1/2C soy sauce, 1/2 C hoisin sauce, 6 T ketchup, 6 T honey, 2 t Chinese 5-spice, 6 cloves - minced. Trim any visible fat from the meat, and plop it into your stoneware (meat can still be frozen). Sprinkle dried spices directly on meat & top w/ ketchup & honey. Pour in soy & hoisin sauces. Cook on low 8-9 hrs.
