Instant Pot Pot Roast
I'd rate a 7/10. The flavor was good, including the gravy. Meat a bit dried out, and the directions were a bit ambiguous (what to do with red wine? Supposed to put broth in instant pot to scrape stuff up but also supposed to pour it over the roast? Maybe reserve some). Did 1/3 cup wine. For Gravy, added 1.5 T. flour to instant pot when sauteeing... helped it to thicken up.
