One-Step Frozen Yogurt Pops: buy a multipack of yogurt and push a popsicle stick through the foil lid. Freeze for a few hours and you'll have a dead simple treat. Use a spoon if you don't have popsicle sticks handy. The only tricky part can be removing the frozen yogurt pops from the containers. All you need do is dip the yogurt cup in warm water for a few seconds and the pop will easily release from the plastic cup.
Chicken Tikka Masala! Our favorite local Indian Cafe is closed on Mondays so tonight, I made a double batch of this. It was VERY good. The only thing I plan to change next time is using yogurt instead of heavy cream in the Masala sauce.
