What’s red and white and absolutely delicious all over? These yummy red velvet cookies, of course! They’re ready in just 25 minutes; they’d be the perfect addition to a Valentine’s Day party or a sweet after-school treat for the kiddos. If your family isn’t a fan of white chocolate, feel free to use dark chocolate, milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate chips instead.
1 package of cake mix (any flavor) 1 large egg . 1/4 cup of oil 1/4 cup of water 1 cup of chopped nuts, raisins, oatmeal, coconut, chocolate chips, M'S® etc. (anything you like in cookies) Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cake mix, egg, oil, and water. Beat until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients or place on top of dough like we did here.. Spread batter in 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Makes 12 large cookie bars
Strawberry Nachos - actually made these tonight and definitely will be adding them to my rotation! Would be pretty easy to prepare most elements ahead of time and assemble quickly. (the baked cinnamon chips alone are a must-have!)
