I wanted something to hang my jewelry on, but didn't want to spend hundreds for a stand. I took a mirror frame (the mirror was broken), backed it with hardware cloth, some fabric and batting -- and then attached picture frame hooks on the wires to hang bracelets and necklaces. You can adjust placement according to length of necklaces. Easy project! You could hang it on the wall or a door, but I just prop it up against the wall.
My new jewelry holder made from: old window frame wire mesh (stapled on the back) cup hooks eye hooks thick twine glass drawer pull as the hanger
I picked up this old window at a flea market awhile back and finally decided what to do with it. I attached hooks from Home Depot and put in pictures from our trip to Ireland. Now it hangs next to the garage door for sweaters, coats and keys!
My take on the jewelry wall hanger.wood block, mod podged with scrapbooking paper, drilled in some hooks, and added picture hanging wire! Then I just stuck some big hooks underneath to hold my necklaces!
