Tofu Sour Cream: Try this tofu-based version in place of the store-bought variety!! This recipe, from "1,000 Vegan Recipes", is very tasty & extraordinarily simple to make! While it may be a little more expensive than your 'regular' sour cream (at $1.85 for 1 1/2 cups), it definitely is more cost effective than a vegan version at the grocery!!
