Broccoli Chicken Casserole I - Allrecipes.com I sautéed my chicken, & used a can of Campbell's cream of broccoli instead of cream if mushroom. I also used bread crumbs with a small dollop of butter every inch or so across the bread crumbs instead of stuffing. I've been doing different variations of this recipe with different condensed soups & sometimes using rice. No matter how I do it, it's a good comfort casserole everytime.
