Baked Rosemary Feta Potatoes - potatoes didn't cut prettily after being baked, ended up chopping them & drizzling with toppings... tasted okay, should be diced at the beginning though or sliced thin for presentation. Josh liked the flavor, but the directions didn't work for me. :/
Mix 2 med peeled diced peaches, 1 tsp flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, & 1 tsp sugar. Divide between 2 sprayed ramekins. Mix 2 TBSP brown sugar, 2 TBSP osts, & 1 TBSP flour. Cut in 1 TBSP coconut oil or butter till crumble. Put over peaches. Bake 15 minute @ 375 for 15 min until golden brown. gm
