Nathan stokan- Preschoolers do not need as much sleep as infants. Usually a preschooler sleeps 9-10 hours a night and naps 1-2 hours a day. Preschoolers cannot make up for lost sleep. A blanket or stuffed animal can help kids go to sleep.
