It's oh so purple and oh such a spiritual encouragement . to relax, so allow yourself to rest, that you may hear your Spirit speak to you in those quiet moments that are so rare. Peace, be still and just BE.
When we truly stop fighting our natural instincts around food-that is when we stop struggling to make our food look a certain way (both physically and emotionally) we don't drown as we fear we might- but float. Peace and sanity around food comes from the simple decision to stop fighting to let go to surrender. You can't push the water down but you can relax above the waves.
