Vietnamese Style Grilled Lemongrass Pork - I think, for my family's pallet, I would cut the honey down to a couple of tablespoons and taste from there to reach nirvana. 1/2 cup of honey would be way too sweet for us. But, I know a lot of people would be just fine with it! I think this would rock for a tapas dinner item.
