A fun, bite-sized take on Chicken Pot Pie will warm you up on any cold day! Bake for 15-20 mins at 350°F or until crispy and let cool. Next, create a mixture of shredded chicken, mayo and frozen peas. Scoop into each muffin tin, cover with swiss cheese, and bake for 10 mins.
