Recipe for home made Carrot Soup: 4 large carrots (Peeled and chopped) 1/4 Pumpkin (Peeled and chopped) 1" ginger 4 cloves garlic 1 large red onion (chopped) Sauté all the ingredients in 1 tbsp olive oil. After it cools, puree the vegetables. Add water and return soup to the pot. Bring soup to a simmer. Add more water if you desire a thinner consistency.  Add sea salt to taste and sprinkle lemon pepper just before serving.  #HealthyRecipe #Health #Nutrition
