Exercise is not going to be as effective for the healthy eater if he chooses to overeat or consume unhealthy foods or drinks. "Why work so hard in the gym to waste it with a bad diet.

A reminder that a lower weight is not the goal! Muscle weighs more then fat and bmi was designed to gather information about sedentary populations, not active individuals. Exercise for health, not a number.
