Archduke Otto of Austria, also known as Otto von Habsburg (1912-2011) was one of the last  pre-WWI royals.  He was the last Crown Prince of Austria-Hungary before its dissolution in 1918.  Unlike many dispossessed royals, Otto adapted well to life as a private citizen.  He got an advanced university education and became active in politics, fighting against both the communists and the nazis.
