No patter, but you could get two from one pillowcase.  Take the two halves apart, preserving the hem. Just fold the bottom up to however high you want the pocket to be and cut it. Then sew right side of short piece to right side of longer piece, matching the bottom corners with hems up at the top. Turn inside out and press. Stitch up the center of pocket. Hem the sides and add ties.
