Lemon Parmesan-Crusted Salmon - Made this from my wedding cookbook and it might be my new favorite salmon recipe! I cut the recipe in half since my 2 salmon fillets were the size of 1 of theirs, but it made a little too much even then. I also used panko instead of white bread. Make it, and don't leave out the green onions!
