I have found that if you want something a little creamier, you can substitute the almond milk for coconut milk and exclude the almond butter.  If you refrigerate the coconut milk overnight, then it will turn out thicker and make a creamier smoothie.  Make sure to use some of the cream and some of the liquid portion of the coconut milk.  The consistency is similar to a frosty with the coconut milk.
