From our June '12 Cutting Board Class - love the thin stripes of walnut, also that cherry near the top has both the heartwood and sapwood - as it ages the darker heartwood will continue to get darker, but the sapwood will stay light. Will be some great contrast.

From our July Cutting Board Class - a nifty serving tray - got a well in the middle, a divot for a ramekin with something delicious, and an au jus groove. Front edge rounded over too and the tag inset into it. Very cool.
