Get It Right, Get It Tight: Plank Jack – Place your hands on the floor directly beneath shoulders in push up plank position. Your body should be in a straight, diagonal line from your head to toes. Do not let your stomach sag or arch. Jump your feet out to the sides, and then back to center like a jumping jack. Repeat this move for 60 seconds

2-Week Workout Plan to Lose Inches

Great at home workout to do when you don't have time to go to the gym! and honestly I never go to the gym and I get whatever little work out I can with a new baby.

This is a good work out. I did it 3x with different and various exercises, for instance: for crunches i did a pilates move (10x) along with other ab workouts (I don't know their names), 10 lunges on each leg when it came to squats (along with squats), 30 high knees, 10 burpees, and so on.

NO EXCUSES! Home workout [Note to self: add 1 min plank to rotation and instead of burpees do mountain climbers and/or spiderman crawls). No excuses. Even if the day is hectic at least do this exercise at home

20 star jumps in front of the tv, go for a walk with the dog, squat while you are waiting for the microwave.

I sit at work a lot, so I take the stairs whenever I go up or down the building. I also make sure I get up and walk around often.
