Walk Out Pushup stand, reach down, walk hands to pushup pose. do 1 set up, walk hands back, stand. repeat w/ 2 setups. Do until reach 5 setups. Rest 15 sec. Do again..start with 5 pushups..work way to 1 (backwards)
