Swiss Mushroom Burgers 11/4 lbs. ground beef, Salt, Pepper, 2 tbsp. oil, 1 small onion thinly sliced, 1 8oz. pkg sliced mushrooms, 11/2 tsp Worcestershire & teriyaki sauce, 4 slices Swiss Cheese Combine beef, salt & pepper. Form into patties & broil until done. Heat oil in skillet add onion cook 2 minutes. Add mushrooms cook 2 minutes longer. Add Worcestershire & teriyaki sauce cook about 2 minutes more. Top each patty with mushroom mixture and 1 slice cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
