Seafood Chowder - this was a great recipe. I used half the amount of liquid as this was way to much soup for us. I used 1/2 large onion, 2 celery stalks, 2 potatoes, 1 package prawns, 1 can crab, 1 can whole baby clams, 8 large scallops cut into quarters, 0.5-1 lb halibut cut into cubes and some smoked salmon I had.
Ingredients 5 raw, boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 tbsp. olive oil 3/4 lb. crimini mushrooms, sliced 5 cloves garlic, chopped fine 6 oz black olives, sliced or chopped 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes, drained and chopped Directions 1 Saute’ the mushrooms and garlic in the olive oil over low to medium-low heat. 2 When the mushrooms just begin to wilt, add the chicken and sun dried tomatoes. 3 Cook until the chicken is completely cooked through. 4 Stir in the olives and remove pan from heat
