Love this. It's not about what someone told you in a magazine was right or wrong or manageable. Everyone's different and you have to find what balance creates the best possible version of you for every day of your life!
What a fun way to start getting active or to mix up your usual routine! Write exercises on popsicle sticks (buy them at a craft store) and put them in one cup. Whenever you have a chance, grab one, do what it says and move the stick to the "Done" cup. I am so gonna start doing this
