crab ceviche 1 lb. fr crab meat 1 C. fresh lime juice 1 onion 3 pickled jalapenos, seeded, rinsed, & cut in strips 1/4 C. olive oil s&pep 1/4 tsp. oreg 2 med. tom. sn cilantro Blend the crab meat in a lg bowl w/o breaking up too much. In a nonmetal bowl, cover crab with lime juice, & ref 4 hours, turning occ.Thinly slice the onion and separate into rings. Add to crab w/ jalapenos, oil, oreg, S&P Toss and chill. toss tom and jal w/crab mix. Sprinkle w/ cilantro.
