Steak stir-fry: subbed ground ginger for fresh, fish sauce for oyster, and grapeseed oil for peanut; omitted scallions and onion; and added one cowhorn pepper and 2 habaneros from the garden. Served over brown rice. This was really tasty! Came together really quickly once everything was chopped. Great flavors. Will make again!
