This is a Rose Point Band pattern creamer made over 100 years ago. It was originally created in clear glass. One image shows what happens when it has been color altered by subjecting it to UV radiation. The longer it is exposed to the UV, the deeper the color it turns. It is now permanently ruined & worthless as an historical antique.
