Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites, oh my! : I would cut the confectionate sugar in half or leave out all together. WAAAYYYY toooooo sweet for me. Love the combintation, just less sugar. Would consider using a gourmet chocolate as well. Found out heating chocolate in the microwave doesn't work out well for this one. MUST use a double broiler :)
Eggnog French Toast Bake: chose the wrong bread for this one, used an egg bread with a harder crust. Would go for a fluffy bread next time. Love the eggnog taste! Would add more nutmeg and cinnamon too!
