Zucchini Pizza Crust! ...this is SO GOOD!!!! Made it with 2 large zucchini, 1 cup parm cheese, 1 egg & a dash of oregano leaves & cooked until golden on the edges. Sauteed mushrooms and garlic in a little bit of EV olive oil. Cover with sauce n veggies!
Greek Dressing ~ So good you could drink it straight ~ 1 cup olive oil , 1 cup red wine vinegar , 2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 1/2 tsp. dried oregano, 2 1/2 tsp. dried basil, 2 tsp. pepper, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. onion powder, 2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard Mix together and shake well. Store at room temperature tightly covered.
