These baked pancake squares are wonderful! Super easy to make and the kids LOVE them. Especially with fresh fruit and maple glaze or syrup.

Baked Pancakes     * 2 cups Bisquick      * 1 ½ cups milk      * 1 egg      * 2 tablespoons oil      * ¼ cup mini chocolate chip (optional)    Directions:       1.        1        Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.     2.        2        Mix Bisquick, milk, egg and oil. Batter will be lumpy. Stir in chips.     3.        3        Pour into 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1" pan. Bake for approximately 10 minutes.     4.        4        Cut into squares and serve with butter and syrup.
