peanut butter banana smoothie:  1 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 scoops of doTERRA chocolate Trim Shake A handful of frozen banana slices 1-2 Tbsps. chia seeds 1 Tbsp. Adams peanut butter A handful of spinach or kale

Dairy & Sugar Free Fudgesicles!  1 can coconut milk    1 cup rice milk (or your favorite kind of dairy free milk)    3 TBSP cocoa (or carob)    1 tsp vanilla    1/4 – 1/2 tsp liquid stevia OR agave nectar to taste    Blend the above ingredients in a blender, then pour into popsicle molds.  Freeze for several hours before enjoying.

Dairy & Sugar Free Fudgesicles

1 can full fat coconut milk 1 cup almond milk 3 TBSP cocoa (or carob) 1 tsp vanilla tsp liquid stevia OR tablespoons maple syrup, agave, etc… Blend ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds. Freeze for several hours before enjoying.
