Dijon-Crusted Fish Recipe -Dijon, Parmesan and a hint of horseradish give this toasty fish from Scott Schmidtke of Chicago, Illinois lots of flavor. The preparation is so easy, it takes just 5 to 7 minutes to get 4 servings ready for the oven.
Made this - its delish. Did it it a wok. Stir fried asparagus and green onions - set those aside stir fried shrimp, then added everything back with sauce and added more green onions (scaliions) topped with almond slivers.
This recipe is simple to make, yet impressive. The spicy, sweet, and salty marinade gives the fish a taste that my family goes nuts for! If it's too cold out to grill it, you also may broil it. (sweet and salty soy sauce)
Butter-Fried Sea Scallops -- oh my. Look how much golden brown goodness this thing has! I could eat the picture it looks so good. And -- I have scallops so I am thinking maybe a scallop Monday might not be a bad idea.
