Raspberry Coconut Chia Ice Pops Serves: 6 Ingredients 1½ cup raspberries (fresh or thawed frozen) ½ cup water 1 15 ounce can full fat coconut milk 1½ tablespoons chia seeds 6 9 ounce paper cups 6 popsicle sticks *Optional add-ins:

Blueberry Coconut Dreamsicles  1 cup blueberries ⅛ cup liquid sweetener (Coconut Nectar) 1 lemon juiced 12 oz coconut milk  Instructions: Pour sweetener, lemon juice over berries, mix gently.  Whip coconut cream in a mixing bowl until thickened add in blueberry mixture while whipping.  Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
