I saw this and this a great diagram to why people have a hard time losing fat and keeping it off. More people assume if I do tons of cardio that Im going to lose all this fat so thats what they focus on the most. WRONG!!! you want to focus on losing the fat then focus more on what you are eat/drinking than what kind of cardio to do. I see people doing 2-3 hours of cardio but never changing their nutritional plan. So they just end up spend so much wasted time basically running in circles…
