Peanut Butter Pudding Cookies ~ My daughter made these last night and they were super easy. They were good but not great. Maybe we should have baked them longer so they were crispier instead of soft? I'm not sure if we'd make them again or not?
S'more Cookies: Use refrigerated sugar cookie dough and bake as instructions say. Roll out the dough, place your chocolate on the dough and as many marshmallows as you would like then place another piece of dough over the top and "crimp" the edges. Add a sucker stick if you want and make it a cookie on a stick. Bake using cookie dough heating instructions.
Lemon Melting Moments--1 stick butter, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 c. confectioners sugar, 1 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. cornstarch, 1 tsp vanilla, zest of 1 lemon, Filling--1 cup confectioners sugar, 1/4 c. butter, juice of 1 lemon. Mix butter, salt, and sugar (3 min). Add vanilla and lemon zest. Sift in flour and cornstarch. Bake cookies for 20 min at 300F.
