I love spring rolls! They are so fresh and easy to make. I make them all of the time. Two or more times a month. (usually more). I put chicken in mine. I marinate the chicken in some soy sauce, raw sugar, ground ginger and garlic powder and then cook it in a skillet. Make a meal out of them and have a small bowl of rice and kimchi on the side! Healthy, fresh and yummy. :)
