Crock Pot Ham ~ I have to say I will never make a ham any other way after making Crock Pot Ham. Oh my goodness this was so easy and turned out amazing! This ham is so moist and juicy.

Crockpot Beef Stroganoff- super good! easy enough to cook and tasted so yummy! I used wheat egg noodles, neufchatel cheese (lower fat), and added a bit of leftover cream at the end when we decided the flavor was a bit too strong. makes plenty of leftovers too :)

Ritas Recipes: Crock Pot Cream Cheese Chicken 2 chicken breasts, still frozen 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can corn kernels, do not drain 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed 1 pkg. Ranch dressing mix 1 T cumin 1 t chili powder 1 t onion powder 1 8-oz pkg. cream cheese Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring one or twice to blend in the cheese. Shred the chicken into large pieces and serve over rice. Serves 4

Make ahead soups. Toss ingredients in a ziploc bag, freeze, then stick in crockpot when ready to cook. Easy!

Easy beef tips. These were AWESOME! Wyatt loved them! We used a 1.8 lb rump roast and cut it into small pieces. I added a little extra water, but probably shouldn't have (it didn't need it). Cooked 2 hours 45 minutes. It was insanely moist! Nick and I both loved it. Cooper said he didn't...but ate it ;) -KM

Creamy Chicken and Rice: Put 4 boneless skinless chix breast in sprayed crock pot. Add 1 lg Vidalia onion & 1 can cream of chix soup. Cook 3-4 hrs on high or 6-7 hrs on low. When chix done add 8 oz box Cooked Zatarain's Yellow Rice Mix, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, & 1 can drained corn. Cook a few min for corn & cheese to melt. gm
