When I rehashed the entire Junior Art programme at Timaru Girls' High School, I had nothing to work with as examples to show students of where they were headed with their work. So I whipped up my own visual diary and went through the tasks and units a little bit ahead of the students themselves. This also proved as an exemplar for presentation, and doing the tasks myself helped me to understand the process from a students' point of view.
