No-Fry Fries, just cut up your potatoes and place them in a bowl of cold water, then dry them off and toss them with olive oil, place them on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with sea salt, then bake at 450 for about 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
Love this soup! We actually do it in the crockpot! Start with Chicken in crockpot add about a cup of water and a chicken bouillon cube and cook until chicken shreds apart and then add the rest of the ingredients. Serve with avocados, green onion and a dab of sour cream.
