Maple Sausage Pancake Muffins Recipe: 2 cups of pancake mix, 1lb of sausage cooked and drained (I used a tube of Jimmy Dean's maple flavored), 1/2 cup of maple syrup. Grease a muffin pan, mix batter, sausage, and syrup together --- pour in pan and bake for approx 12-18 min at 350 degrees! You can refrigerate or freeze for a quick pop in the microwave breakfast on the go!
Breakfast bars. Press croissant dough in the bottom and sides of a 8x8 pan. Brown 1/2 lb. of breakfast sausage. Whip 4 eggs together and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake until the eggs are done on 350. Cut and enjoy! No fork needed.
